Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment:

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Postage costs are added to your order total once you select a Country to deliver to. After filling in the Invoice and Delivery address and proceeding with the order, the Order value details are displayed along with postage which is calculated according to the weight of items ordered and the region that the delivery Country falls within. ( please note you can still decide not to proceed with your order at this point). Packages are generally shipped via Priority Airmail without tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Registered Airmail with tracking code and required signature, an additional cost will be automatically applied. UPS or GLS Couriers are also available for a faster but more expensive delivery. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns:

aural music webstore accept no returns on paid and sent products, unless these are defected or damaged. In any case, we won't refund any money but send another copy of the same item. Please understand that we can not accept returns for material that you don't like or have bought in mistake.
