- Negura Bunget Earth Box update: we have spoken to Negura Bunget guys during last days about the Earth Box and they assured us they are working on it after solving some hard problems. This means they might provide us the stuff in a reasonable time, but considering the past experiences about failed deadlines, we prefer to not fix a release date. The only thing we feel and want to tell is that you will get your box(es) for sure. At the moment we are not able to tell when, but no doubt that.  We are anyway conscious that the waiting is becoming intolerable, above all for those who place the pre-order long time ago. As we already told in past announcements/updates, digipacks/poster/stickers/pins are ready since January (!) and we are just waiting for the wood parts, whose production were in charge of the band itself; unfortunately we have no control at all about that, so we can’t do anything in this way. In other words we have no blame for the inhuman delay the boxes are suffering.  But we are anyway responsible for all the orders we receive through our Webstore, and our main duty is to be honest and fair to our customers. For this reason, if you will be so kind and patient to wait for a bit more, we can do nothing but thank you once again and promise to do our best to ship your box as quickly as we can. And in this case you’ll get also a free cd and a discount voucher for the AuralWebstore. If instead you are no longer disposed to wait for your copy, we are ready to refund you 25,00 euro (in case you just received the digipack/gadgets) or the box’s full price if you didn’t get nothing so far (but you can ask for the inner stuff in case you wish to wait for the wood box).
